This report documents the public participation process conducted across Nakuru County’s 11 sub-counties and 55 wards during the preparation of the County Integrated Development Plan (CIDP) 2023–2027. It summarizes stakeholder engagement, key issues raised by residents, participation statistics, and recommendations incorporated into the planning process in compliance with the Constitution of Kenya, the County Governments Act, and the Public Finance Management Act.
