The report captures the views, proposals, priorities and recommendations received from citizens and stakeholders during the public participation process. It provides a record of community input on proposed development programmes, projects and priorities for FY 2026/2027 and supports transparency, accountability and inclusive county planning. The report contributes to the county’s planning process by documenting how public views were gathered and considered in the preparation of the ADP.
